Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing any part of EdgeSlip (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By using EdgeSlip, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

• Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (Weekly, Monthly, or Annually) via our payment processor, Stripe.
• Free Trial: If you sign up for a free trial, you will be automatically billed at the end of the trial period unless you cancel prior to its expiration.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; however, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No Refunds: Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

4. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use

The data, algorithms, design, and code provided by EdgeSlip are proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use only. You agree NOT to:

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EdgeSlip Analytics Inc. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EdgeSlip Analytics Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Liability Cap: Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, EdgeSlip's total liability to you for any cause of action whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid by you to EdgeSlip for the Service during the six (6) months prior to the time the cause of action arose.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

9. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the Dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (i) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (ii) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action-basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (iii) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
